My energy is wavering again, so I’ll try to make this post quick. This weekend went by lightning fast and I can barely remember what I even did. It was a good weekend and I only have a few more before I move to Charleston. I didn’t really spend any time meditating but I had an opportunity to write a blog post on The Peace Commission about defining yourself. We all struggle with the stereotypes that we place on ourselves and this ruins a lot of our happiness. We spend so much time thinking of how we should be rather than just being what we are. It’s so easy to get carried away by other people’s definitions of ourselves and start to judge. It only creates boundaries and leads to frustration.
